We tried the place both inside and outside on two consecutive days, and had a lovely time each visit. The waiter was charming and funny, and the service was spot on. The house rosé was amazing, and the mussels came in a good-sized portion with no sand. The fries were the best I've ever had. I usually love meat, but even I thought the original vegan burger was amazing. There's a big parking area right in front, too. Definitely worth stopping by for a treat!

The meal was enjoyable, though a few small things could make it better. My medium-rare steak came out medium throughout. The spare ribs were okay, but they hadn't taken off the membrane on the back with kitchen paper, which I think would bring out the flavor more.

The village around Hotel Bellevue is lovely, with attractive, cozy houses and beautiful architecture. It's also very quiet. We had magnificent breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, and the staff made our stay feel warm and comfortable. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back soon.

We just got back from a night away without the kids. The hotel was relaxed and friendly, with none of the usual fuss. Our loft room, number 7, had a quirky feel, and the coffee was good.

It's a bit of an unusual hotel setup: you come in through the ground-floor restaurant before heading up to your room. The rooms are nicely designed and quite adequate. Getting to Amsterdam takes about 25 minutes by car, which could be inconvenient, though the lower price reflects that.
