We found the place lovely, with very friendly staff and clean, nice toilets, showers, and rooms. Our room had a small kitchenette with a decent range of equipment. It was unusually cold while we were there, and even indoors felt chilly despite the heater the kind staff provided. Still, I’d happily recommend it.

The couple running this quiet, cosy campsite were wonderful. They even let us watch Eurovision Songfestival as we’d requested, and joined us for it. Our camping spot was great, and nearby there are lovely walks with a pet and things for children to do. Several medium-sized and iconic villages with Dutch culture are about a 15-minute drive away. I’d recommend the campsite to anyone camping while travelling through the Netherlands.

The little wooden houses were great, though remember to bring bed linen or pay extra to get some. The shared facilities were very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s a quiet, cosy spot, with a playground, trampoline, and seesaw for children. I’d definitely like to come back.

There are new owners since my last visit, and I was welcomed by friendly staff. The place was clean and nice. You can get fresh, tasty snacks and chips at the bar, but not a proper meal, so eat beforehand if you’re really hungry.

Our motorhome had a lovely, roomy pitch, and the host was friendly. It’s only a ten-minute walk to the centre, with lots of interesting places nearby for families to visit.
