Studios City Stay & Go Enschede

I can't say much about staying at the property, but the customer service, or lack of it, has left me very disappointed. I booked directly on their website, thinking it would save both me and the property the fees charged by a booking platform. That turned out to be a huge mistake. I'm now trying to cancel, but the booking terms and conditions aren't available on the website. For the past month I've tried contacting them by email and WhatsApp, and they simply haven't responded.

The apartments are good and in a great central spot. The materials are good quality and the place looks nice, though some of the design choices are odd. The bathroom and bedroom are combined, even though the living room and kitchen have space that isn't used very efficiently.

The location is great, but the toilet is only about 60cm from the queen size bed, with just a 50cmx125cm plywood panel between them. If you and your partner want some privacy, your choices are to wake them so they can go to the kitchen while you use the toilet, or buy a cat litter box and use it yourself in the kitchen.

The room seemed dirty, and the layout is really poor: the bed faces the shower and toilet, with no wall or partition between them. It does at least have a small living area and is quite close to the town centre.
