6/10
The hotel and rooms are nice and clean, but I won't book again. They charge extra for the gym when someone books a room through their company’s portal, and that wasn't clear to me when I booked. I'm not sure that's the best policy. The reception didn't respond to my complaint and dissatisfaction, apart from on the first day.

I didn't feel safe here because the building is open and anyone can walk in from outside to the rooms, so there's no real privacy. There's no luggage service or even a cart for bags, and no one offered to help. To get to rooms on the first or second floor, you have to pass through the basement, which is very inconvenient with suitcases. There's no room service either. The nightly price is really high for what you get.

The food was lovely, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and friendly. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast was OK, and the stay was OK too, neither terrible nor great. Our room had poor lighting and no ventilation.

The ambience is nice and the location is good, but for the price they charged, the room wasn't up to the mark.
