Waking up beside the lake was marvelous, with the tent right in front of it. Such a clever idea, putting a campsite inside a greenhouse. It still feels open to the light. Lovely spot :)

We spent a really relaxing holiday here, surrounded by beautiful nature, and Kees made our whole family feel so welcome. He kept checking that we had what we needed and were comfortable. The safari tents were modern, clean, and fully equipped, and the camp had everything we needed to unwind. We could head out by kayak or canoe whenever we liked, and the bikes we rented were very comfortable. We had a great time and would love to come back. It seems ideal for families, groups, or couples.

The owner was so kind and friendly, and it seems perfect for families. A really nice place to stay for the holidays. The pictures say it all.

Such an amazing spot!

The conservatory sits right on the water, so getting out in a boat is lovely. The campsite is always spotless, and there’s a pizza oven and jacuzzi too. Our tents were really comfortable, even in the chilly weather, and this time we had electric blankets. We’ve now stayed at De Groote Wijzend twice with our group of friends. It’s a long drive from Antwerp for a weekend, but the setting makes it worth it. Kees is also a great host, easy to reach and very helpful.
