Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton

The swimming pool has a stunning view and was perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. It was crowded that weekend, but the food and service were still excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout, and the hotel is close to the city center, so getting around was easy. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with rose petals in the room and a handwritten congratulatory card. Such a thoughtful, touching gesture that made our stay feel special. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton. Absolutely wonderful, we’d love to come back and would recommend it 1000%!

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. But we booked this hotel for its wellness facilities and a chance to relax in the city. Before booking, I called reception and was told guests could use two saunas and a pool. When we arrived, the pool was out of service, apparently for over a month according to some other guests, and one sauna wasn’t working either. That was really disappointing.

The harbor view from our room was amazing, especially at night. We also had a jacuzzi and sauna in the room. The breakfast was really good, buffet style with everything fresh, warm, and tasty. Staff were very helpful, and the room was cleaned extremely well, which is rare. I’d recommend it for a weekend away, though it is quite expensive.

I come back here regularly for business because the service is consistently excellent. Sonia at the lounge bar deserves a special mention. She recently introduced me to a milkless cappuccino. It might sound like a small thing, but those thoughtful little moments are what make hospitality great. Sonia really embodies that. Highly recommend, and thank you, Sonia, you’re brilliant.
