The location is peaceful, in a residential area, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Utrecht centre is only a short bus ride away, around 10 minutes. Lisa and René are warm, very friendly hosts who really know how to run a bed and breakfast. The room and bathroom were spacious, tastefully decorated, and fitted with new, high-quality facilities in great condition. We slept really well on the comfortable box spring beds with lovely linen, and breakfast was beautifully prepared, tasty, and healthy. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

Lisa and Rene are kind and helpful, and were always available when we had questions. The flat was clean and really nice, just right for a weekend in Utrecht. We recommend staying here and hope other guests have a lovely time too.

We spent three nights here, and the host was gracious and accommodating. The thoughtful design and the colors and fabrics made the place feel peaceful to me. The woodland trails stretch out for miles. As an American, I found the shopkeepers patient with my English and my ways, but do look twice for cyclists wherever you go.
