This is the only winery on Texel, and one of the few in the Netherlands. It’s small and cozy, with young grapes and everything done by hand. The tour with tasting costs 9 eur per person. Check the website for opening and tour times.

The tour around the vineyard and winery lasts 45 minutes, with a tasting at the end. The producer was very kind and funny. An interesting visit!

The B&B is right in the center of the island. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and breakfast was excellent. Coffee and other hot drinks were always available. We highly recommend it.

One word: wonderful! The room was large and spotless, with doors opening onto a private terrace beside the vineyard. There was plenty of closet space, a beautiful bathroom, and comfortable electric beds. Great coffee and a lovely breakfast with lots of choice.

We had our annual girls’ day last weekend and visited De Kroon vineyard too. Thanks, Jan Jaap, for the lovely tour and delicious wines. We hope to see you again at the B&B!
