After three months, I couldn't take it anymore and ended my contract early. The apartments are old and very small, and there were bugs everywhere, especially silverfish. The service was terrible and they seemed very negligent. They charged me a €500 fine for canceling early. At checkout they also billed me a lot for cleaning and other things, even though the apartment was already clean. I'd hired a cleaning lady before leaving. In short, this place is GARBAGE. If you don't want to live with bugs, stay away.

I stayed for four months, then they charged me €175 for 'dry cleaning' the sofa based on this photo. My check-out report said there would be no charges, but even after that they overcharged me whatever amount they wanted. This rental company is dishonest, like the others in the Eindhoven area. They'll make things up to take money from your deposit. It's beyond ridiculous!

The apartment was cosy and right in the heart of Eindhoven. Everything was great apart from the ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

The hotel apartment was clean, comfortable, and nice. Just watch your email, they send the password very late.

The apartment was comfortable and in a great location, but I was disappointed that several services listed as included weren't available. We were supposed to have free gym access, laundry, and housekeeping for towels and bedsheets. When we asked about the gym, they said it was closed because of covid, but we were able to get a separate paid membership. For laundry, they said it wasn't part of our contract, even though our welcome documents in the apartment clearly said it was. They said the same about housekeeping. There were a lot of promised services that turned out to be difficult to get.
