The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Still, I wouldn't stay here again. The coffee machine cost extra, the coffee tasted awful, and there wasn't proper hot water for tea or coffee. We had to pay even for a small amount of hot water, which feels like a basic thing a hotel should provide. If those basics were fixed, the place could be better, but to me it felt more like a two-star hotel, with things even hostels usually offer missing. The key stopped working at 10:00 in the morning although checkout was at 12:00. We had hoped to go out for breakfast, but ended up taking our luggage with us. The most stressful problem was the fire alarm. There were no clear directions to an exit, and we couldn't reach any staff directly. The WhatsApp contact was only an AI assistant. I was in the shower when the alarm went off. We walked to the end of the corridor and down into the yard, where we were stuck until someone who lives there helped us a few minutes later. We even called 112. Thankfully it wasn't serious, but it was a very unsettling experience.
