Helena was attentive and had plenty of good suggestions for what to order. The food and drinks were great, and it’s handy having the restaurant right there if you’re staying at the hotel.

That snowy scenery was gorgeous, and the surroundings were lovely. We felt like we were in Austria 🥰

We ended up leaving without ordering. On an almost empty patio and in a nearly empty dining room, we still waited another ten minutes after getting a pretty aggressive answer when we asked where we could sit. No one came to take our order.

It took 45 minutes for our starter to arrive, and the fish had several bones in it. The staff also seemed unsure about the drinks list: they said an item that was listed wasn’t available, though it turned out it was after all. When the hot plates came, they handed them over without mentioning how heavy they were. They were wearing tea towels around their hands but still told us to take the plates. I also had to ask for cutlery for dessert. I’d expected better.
