We arrived and immediately felt at home. Dwarsgracht was our Venice of the North, with friendly, helpful owners, and a lovely place to find peace and unwind from everyday life. It’s beautifully situated and furnished, with everything we needed. The inventory is more than complete, down to candles, tea lights, and batteries. The windows and doors have mosquito nets, which is handy so close to the water. It’s ideal for two, but could also suit four since there are two bedrooms. See you in 2020! 👍

A beautiful view over the enormous garden from the bedroom, and such an idyllic spot. If you want peace and quiet and a comfortable place, this is it. Everything you need to feel at home is there. We’ll definitely be back.

Very beautiful and peaceful setting, with a super cozy interior. The location gets a solid 9 out of 10 from us. There’s an electric boat available, the owners are friendly, and the cycling area is beautiful.
