Stay 19 - Overnachten in Stijl

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the city center, with plenty of nice spots nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks if you’d rather eat out. Our host was kind and welcoming, showed us around, and shared useful tips on where to go and what to do, including after check-in over WhatsApp. They were also flexible when train delays made us arrive later than planned.

We stayed for a week with our 15 year old son, and the owner was friendly and very helpful. The house is lovely, close to the town centre yet quiet at night, and the kitchen has everything you need. Fast internet and Netflix were provided, along with 2 bicycles, which are handy in such a bicycle friendly city. Thanks Diet, we had a lovely stay and will be back. We highly recommend Stay 19.

Diet, keep up the good work! This is a really recommendable place in the heart of Groningen, and the householder has a golden heart. The house smelled very good, and there was no problem with a short change to checkout time. Diet also gave us tips on where to get a drink. (Sorry about the 3* review, that was a mistake.) :-))

Everything was so clean and well equipped, and we were thrilled with the extras: nice coffee, a selection of teas, two bikes to use, and Netflix. The place is adorable, and despite being close to everything, it wasn’t noisy at all. I’d definitely book again. Thanks Diet, your place is the best 😃👍🏼
