Nick checked us in and was extremely helpful, with great tips for food and getting around. The room was clean, quiet, and very nice, and the WiFi was excellent. There were also a few BBC channels, including BBC One. It’s a quick walk to the city center, shops, theatres, restaurants, cafes, and many local attractions. The Railway Station is about a fifteen minute walk away on level ground. There’s no tea or coffee in the room, but free coffee is available in the foyer in the morning. I’d definitely stay here again.

Booking through checkout was hassle-free, and the service has been great every time. The team are super friendly, the check-in was easy, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. They’re always ready to help make your stay perfect, with great deals around. Definitely the top hotel choice in the area. Highly recommend!

The continental breakfast was delicious, with breads, cheeses, meats, fruit, cereal, and cooked options like boiled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. There was infused water, several juices, and a machine for tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Our room was smaller than we expected but very clean, especially the spotless bathroom. A hairdryer was provided, but there was no kettle, so we had to ask at the bar or check-in desk for hot water. A kettle in the room would have been nice, since that’s usually standard elsewhere. The hotel was quiet, the staff were helpful, and the location was great for exploring this beautiful town. We had an awesome time and would definitely stay again.

We were right in the heart of Haarlem, close to the charming streets, shops, and restaurants, and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing night and was spotless. Jasper looked after us so well throughout our stay. His friendly manner and attention to detail made us feel welcome and at home. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Haarlem!

The location was excellent, but we’d probably look elsewhere if we returned. The room was dirty, so we had to clean it before settling in. There was long dark hair and grime in the bathroom, plus bits all over the floor. The room had no airflow, and by morning there was a large puddle on the windowsill. The mattress was very soft on the right side, while the middle was perfect, which obviously wasn’t ideal. The reception host welcomed us warmly and gave us a tiny pack of stroopwaffles in a single-use plastic wrapper. The hotel chain seems to promote green living, so that felt at odds with the message.
