Park43

The ground-floor apartment at Park 43 had its own terrace and a stylish interior, with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, cutlery and the basics, and the place was clean with fresh towels provided. Pauline was especially friendly and helpful. It's in a quiet, charming neighborhood, just a five-minute walk from Haarlem central station. We came by car and found free parking about ten minutes away on foot. Haarlem also works well as a base for Amsterdam, which is under 20 minutes away by train, with a return fare of around 9 euros.

We liked this place enough to book it again for our next Netherlands trip. It was spotless, well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. The station is close by, handy for trains to Amsterdam or a bus to the beach, so it made a great base for exploring Haarlem.

The apartment was small, but had everything we needed and was very clean, with a comfortable bed. The owners greeted us at the door and were friendly and accommodating. I only wish we'd booked more than one night, as I'd have loved to stay longer.

Haarlem turned out to be such a lovely place that I almost didn't want to leave to see anywhere else. It has plenty of history, beauty, and quirky charm, and I wish I'd had more time there. I live in London and have visited Holland on and off for nearly 14 years, usually going to Amsterdam or Rotterdam, so I wanted to try somewhere different. Haarlem looked close enough to both the coast and the city for exploring, and choosing it was the best decision. Park43 is in a beautiful part of town, very close to the station. It's a beautiful apartment that gives you privacy, with delicious breakfast items delivered every morning. The hosts were accommodating, and the whole experience was really great. I'd happily stay at Park43 again.
