The view from this cozy riverside apartment was beautiful, and it had such a warm, inviting feel. Our lovely host greeted us in person and even brought a glass of wine for us to enjoy on the terrace, a thoughtful touch. It's a short walk to the city centre, while still feeling more personal and different from a standard hotel. We had a wonderful stay in Haarlem.
The backyard terrace was casual and got the evening sun, and the view of the windmill was fantastic. The apartment is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and has a lovely, individual style. Really couldn't ask for more.
We spent four days here in May. It was comfortable and quiet, with a fantastic hostess and a wonderful location. We hope to return and stay again.
All the small details in the room were amazing. This is easily one of the most unique and artistic places we've ever stayed.
There's a main bed and a sofa that turns into a second bed, plus a beautiful, spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. The room is complete and well appointed, and the host was friendly and courteous. A small balcony looks onto an outdoor courtyard, while the bedroom faces the canal. The location is perfect, and we heard no outside noise.
