Haarlem Apart Hotel

At €170 a night without breakfast, this was far from acceptable. I stayed in room number one for three nights, and after about 15 years of business travel I can’t remember a worse experience. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the towels were poor quality, and the fridge and freezer still had food left by previous guests. I told the owner about that twice, but it was still there when I checked out. I also had to send several reminders before the tourist tax invoice was finally corrected. I’ve seen comments about friendly staff, but there’s no front desk. Your key is waiting in a locker. I wouldn’t recommend this place, at least not room number one. The room was huge and very clean, and the price seemed fair. We had a great stay at this new hotel, with friendly staff and good service. It’s right in the heart of Haarlem, and all the attractions are about five minutes away.

We spent three nights here and found everything well organized, with an easy check-in and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, and the price was nice. It had air conditioning, a kitchen, and comfortable beds, among other things. It felt better than a regular room, and the location was great. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it.

The room turned out much larger than I expected, and the beds were super comfortable. The place was clean and nice, with modern bathrooms. Right in the city center, it worked out perfectly!
