We’d planned the trip carefully and were looking forward to staying here, but our confirmed booking was cancelled only a few days before we arrived. We felt pushed aside for a larger group, and it was disappointing to be treated as though we were replaceable.

Our small group had already arranged transportation and made plans around the date when Dianne cancelled our confirmed booking, just a few days before we were due to arrive. It seemed to be to make room for a larger group. There was no proper solution offered, and cancelling at such short notice was extremely unprofessional.

They cancelled our confirmed booking just a few days before we were due to arrive. Simply unprofessional.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s quiet and peaceful, just right for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was great. We’d definitely recommend it.
