Parking right in front of the hotel was a big plus, and the service was nice and professional. My room was huge, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great too. Breakfast was okay, enough to get the day started. The only drawback was the lack of AC, which might be uncomfortable in warmer weather. Still, a pleasant stay.
8/10
The location was wonderful, close to the train station, public library, theatre, and town centre. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and both the food and its flavors were outstanding. My room was spacious and clean. I recommend staying here, especially if you like doing your own thing and don't need daily room upkeep. My main disappointment was that there was no in-room air conditioning, which matters a lot to me when I travel, particularly in humid countries.
8/10
A welcoming staff, clean comfortable rooms, and a location near both the station and city center make this a good option for business or a short visit.
10/10
Loved the vibe, the amazing staff, and the location. I'm used to big resort-style rooms back in Arizona, but this is Europe, and as the old saying goes, “when in Roma”… enjoy your stay.
8/10
I had a great three-night stay and would absolutely come back. The hotel is right in Hengelo city center, and I loved the lobby atmosphere, pool table, and gym. My room felt a bit dated, and I didn't like the lighting. The air conditioning also wasn't very effective, and you can't adjust it for your room. Thanks!
