The staff were the highlight: friendly, efficient, and happy, and the hotel should be proud of them. My room was quiet, and breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and top quality food. This is an outstanding hotel. I’d give it six stars if I could. Thank you, and I hope I get the chance to visit again.

The complimentary breakfast was decent, but it couldn’t make up for the poor service and missing amenities. I stayed for two weeks, and my room was serviced only once or twice. Staff said rooms aren’t cleaned unless you ask, which I found unacceptable for a stay that long. The hotel promotes itself as “green,” but service was severely lacking. I also expected a health club, but there wasn’t one on site. I can’t recommend this hotel, especially for longer stays. For the same price, I’d look at other nearby options.

Getting into the city center was super easy by bus. At Novotel Maastricht, I found the staff warm and welcoming, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the fresh bread was really good. Corn in the morning was something new for us :) We also liked the very comfortable mattress and slept well. Having a small fridge meant I could buy some Dutch cheese to take with me to another country. The lovely smell near reception made me curious what it was 🤩. We thought the hotel would be closer to the town center, but a 25 minute walk was fine. A nice place for a family stay.

We had a good stay. The staff were friendly, and we could keep our race bikes in the luggage room. Our loyalty status got us a room upgrade, which was nice. The pool is a welcome addition, though there aren’t many lounge chairs.
