We felt very welcome here. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the coffee and tea maker along with the lovely breakfast and dinner. The hospitality was great, and we’d happily recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

The takeaway portions are generous. If the two of you aren’t big eaters, one starter and a chicken dish to share should do. They serve proper-sized chickens, not those little ones. Whatever else you choose, get the chicken.

We’ve returned for several years, and the food and service have been consistently good every time.

Breakfast is a buffet with a nice range of options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. The food was great, too.

We ended up canceling our trip because the room that was still listed on booking.com didn’t allow dogs. They also weren’t able to come up with any solution for us.
