Worst. We booked a suite and seemed to get the storage room instead. It felt like we were being deliberately cheated. I asked about the two TVs and the air conditioning, none of which worked. The receptionist checked and said they knew about it but couldn't do anything. The bathroom was around 15 degrees. It felt like a bad joke.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the price felt excellent for what we got. I booked a balcony room in mid-September 25th. It was clean and modern, with a kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and great bed. Breakfast was good, and there was plenty of parking right outside. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

A good value, with a generous breakfast that had plenty of variety. There's a gym on site and self-service laundry with a dryer. It's well located for visiting Hoofddorp, though Amsterdam is farther away, about 40 minutes by bus.

It worked really well as a base for our trips to Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Leiden, Texel, Alkmaar, and Zandvoort. Buses and trains make many places easy to reach. The bus stops are just around the corner, and the train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

The host was nice, and the staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was good, and parking was convenient.
