The laundry setup felt inconvenient: you have to drop it off and collect it at reception, and there weren’t clear instructions. For a basic service costing €30, I expected delivery to the room. The room has a coffee machine, but you need to pick up the capsules at reception, and nobody told me in advance. If your room is far away, that’s a 10-minute round trip just to get coffee. For a 4-star hotel, the whole experience was disappointing and felt more like a processing unit than a place focused on guest comfort.

I slept very well and would definitely stay again. The hotel is large, clean, well maintained, and has excellent customer service. I was there because of a flight delay, and the frequent airport shuttle could get a bit hectic at times. My spacious room had a balcony, safe, and good Wi-Fi, with complimentary toiletries and coffee. I liked having the bathroom separate from the toilet. The shower had a rainforest option, good pressure, and consistently hot water. Dinner and breakfast were both good, and breakfast was an amazing buffet with a huge range of well-presented choices, including halal options. There’s also a pool and a coin-operated washing machine.

The breakfast was excellent, and everything was very clean. Rooms are big, and if you’re lucky enough to get one on the ground floor, there’s a large lawn behind it with two chairs. The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes. There’s a big casino across the road with KFC if you want a bite. Highly recommended!

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled, thanks to accommodation arranged by KLM. The staff were trustworthy and professional, and the service was excellent. The shuttle between the hotel and airport was really practical. Our room was welcoming, well equipped, and very clean, making it a pleasant place to wait for our rebooked flight.
