The rooms were the best part of my two-night business stay. They felt modern and comfortable, had good facilities, and included everything I needed. The airport was close, which was why I chose the hotel, but the place is very isolated and there are no nearby restaurants. That leaves you relying on the hotel's restaurant, and my experience there was poor. The menu is very limited, and my lamb stew and rice took about 30 minutes to arrive. It was only lukewarm and had little flavor. While I waited, I could hear the kitchen staff and chefs arguing and speaking loudly for much of the time. The restaurant was busy, but the food and service still weren't good, especially with nowhere else nearby to eat. The shuttle to the airport costs €8, which seems unreasonable for a large airport hotel in such an isolated spot. The small bar and shop sell water, drinks, and snacks, but at high prices. With no alternatives close by, it feels like guests are being taken advantage of. The room itself was excellent; the service, amenities, and location let the stay down.

Berkay made a real difference to our stay. Because of our Hyatt loyalty status, he arranged early check-in at no extra cost, and when water leaked in our room, he followed up quickly and moved us to a better one without any hassle. He was professional, kind, and attentive. The rooms were spotless, the staff were wonderful, and the service was great throughout. The regular shuttle to and from Schiphol Airport made getting around easy. We had a fantastic stay and will choose this hotel again next time.

Traveling with family, I really appreciated how well the staff looked after us. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely modern feel, and our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, soft pillows, and a pristine bathroom. We asked to have the sofa bed made up, and it was done right away. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options and proper coffee. The complimentary airport shuttle was well organized; the driver was friendly and helped with our bags. Check-in was quick thanks to Georgi, who was kind and pointed out nearby places in Amsterdam for shopping, food, and sightseeing. The shuttle back ran on time, too. We were also given an extra hour for late checkout free of charge, and when we asked for one more hour to freshen up before going to the airport, the front desk kindly allowed that without charging us either. Hyatt Place made our stay comfortable and memorable.

For a 20-hour stopover, having the room ready at 11 a.m. after an email at 7 a.m. was brilliant. The quick check-in and checkout meant we could grab our keys and get straight into the city without wasting time, and we made the most of our short visit. The room was a nice size, breakfast was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone in transit.

A good choice if you want to stay near the airport, with a free shuttle between it and the hotel. My room had a good view, and the rooms are tidy and spacious. Breakfast has a small selection, but it's okay. The bus stop is within walking distance. To reach Amsterdam, you'll need to take an NS train from Schipol airport.
