The hotel is right in the center, though parking there is a problem. The room was nice, but don’t expect much beyond that. I was really disappointed by breakfast, which wasn’t worth it at all. Better to eat elsewhere. The bar was pleasant and closes early. It worked for a short stay, but I wouldn’t return.

We loved the central location as a comfortable, upscale base for exploring this charming town. The hotel was our favorite during our 10 days in the Netherlands, with beautifully appointed rooms inside a creatively converted church. It’s an architectural wonder. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable, though the design means most windows look into the hotel rather than outside.

The old church has been turned into a modern, stylish hotel, and the result is stunning. We were amazed by the architecture, the unique atmosphere and all the attention to detail. A memorable, inspiring stay at Hoorn Heavens Hotel. Highly recommend it!

Great for couples, with competent, pleasant service. The de lux rooms are superb, spotless and comfortable, with a good bed and all the room amenities working fine. Breakfast is pretty basic, though, and doesn’t live up to what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

The room was simple but roomy, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable bed and spacious shower. The windows looking out onto the hall and restaurant were a little odd, though they do add character. Breakfast was good quality, and the attached bar and restaurant were very cool. The church conversion is impressive and gives this neat hotel in the town center a lot of character. I’d stay again.
