We enjoyed six hours in the wellness area, with saunas, pools, the jacuzzi and aufguss sessions. It’s not very large, but the guests were calm and respectful, and the staff were pleasant. Our buffet breakfast had fresh, delicious bread and croissants, with plenty of choice. We’d booked a regular room but got a huge upgrade to a family room with a kitchen. It was peaceful, clean and so comfortable. A lovely short break for recharging your batteries, and I’d recommend it.

We had two days all inclusive with spa, and the billing was a mess. The restaurant had different menu cards from the ones at reception, so they charged us extra by mistake. They corrected part of it, but not all. The breakfast was like something from a 2 star hotel, and the price didn’t match the quality at all. Receptionists were rude, the information was unclear and the service was bad. After this experience, we wouldn’t choose any Fletcher hotel again. The hotel clearly lacks professional staff.

The rooms are very large and have 2 bedrooms. The price was good, but the quality only just seemed like 4 stars, if that. Check the fine print: the pool costs extra, you need a robe, and swimsuits aren’t allowed. The kitchens don’t come with pots or pans either, those have to be rented daily.

The hotel was good and breakfast was great. The letdown was our room, which was advertised on booking.com as having a hottub/jaccuzi. It didn’t. You have to pay extra to use the hotel wellness facilities, so why promote the room that way? What an anti-climax!

The staff and hotel clearly lack professionalism. Service was poor, breakfast was bad, the receptionist was rude and the information was unclear. They made a mistake with the extra charges, then only partly corrected it. The price and quality don’t match at all. It feels like they’re only trying to earn more money. If you have other options, choose one of them. There are other places around here.
