B&B Ans en Ben Streppel

We had a lovely stay, though sadly we were their final guests because they're closing due to health reasons. The room was clean and well cared for, and WiFi was free. We were greeted warmly and the breakfast was great.

The room was basic, but clean, and the people were really nice. Breakfast was tasty too, with a little snack included each time. For me, a big plus was that the woman made good coffee :-)

We really enjoyed the warm welcome and the generous breakfast the hostess brought out in the living room. It's a private home with three guest rooms, and ours was simply equipped but had everything we needed for a few days. The garden must be lovely to sit in during summer. The shared bathroom is why we took off a star, since sharing the toilet and shower isn't our preference. Still, we'd recommend it if that setup doesn't bother you.

The lady was friendly, but €50 felt too much for this overnight stay. It's an old-fashioned house where rooms are rented now that the children have long since moved out, and the residents' clothes are still in the wardrobe. At breakfast, the tablecloth had stains that won't come out, and there was no teapot or coffee pot. I didn't feel comfortable touching the cheese.
