We enjoyed it enough to book another stay already. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and a good size, and having a hotel right there is great when visiting the longest indoor ski slope in Europe. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty to choose from, and it set us up well for a day on the slope. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The indoor skiing is a nice feature, but I’d stay a few miles away at a good hotel for half the price. This place feels like a youth hostel at premium hotel prices. There’s no fridge, coffee maker or kettle, microwave, air conditioning, or heating in the room, and very little privacy. The walls are thin enough that you hear everything other guests do. The beds are so thin I woke up several times feeling like I might roll out. Semi-opaque glass separates the toilet and shower from the rest of the room, so your kids can see you using them. The window only opens a crack, which is the only way to manage a room that’s too hot or too cold. Stay somewhere else.

Getting to the rooms from the ski slopes takes only a few minutes, and there’s a convenient elevator from the restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast is at Off Piste Self Service, also on the first floor, and parking is free. The rooms are spacious, bright, quiet thanks to good soundproofing, and very clean. The bathroom and shower have what you need, including shampoo and shower gel. It does cost a bit more than a hotel in Landgraaf, but the convenience makes it worth it. Highly recommended.

The person serving the hot food at the self-service restaurant spoke in a really unfriendly tone. The people there weren’t friendly.

The room is mainly somewhere to sleep and shower, and it falls short on comfort. Still, if you find a genuinely good price and are focused entirely on the snow activities, it does the job. The slopes are incredibly convenient to reach. Just keep your expectations in check if a comfortable room, a good night's sleep, or climate control matter to you; the rooms could use some improvements. Book for the snow and try to get a bargain, and you can have a nice trip.
