The place always gives us a majestic feeling. It’s a hidden gem near Maastricht, with a wonderful vibe, great history, superb service, and top notch food. Maybe the best restaurant I’ve ever visited. Words can’t describe it 💎.

The unique setting made it a perfect Valentine’s date. We went for a surprise dinner, and the whole experience was really sublime, with great food and excellent staff.

It’s obviously a wonderful place, but a few things let the overnight stay down. The bathroom opens straight into the bedroom, which feels messy and offers no privacy. That doesn’t seem acceptable at a five-star place with five-star prices. Service was sketchy while events were going on, and the hotel should be used to those and plan for them. Breakfast was good, though not great. I’m also unsure whether eggs weren’t offered at all or were only available for an extra price.

I’d hoped to stop for a sundowner, but a private wedding was going on. Still, I was in awe of the exterior, gardens, and breathtaking views. I’d definitely love to visit again soon.

We felt privileged to be here. The Chateau has a beautiful view, and the professional staff explained the food and wine. The Chef’s creative ideas turned food from around the world into art.
