The bed was so comfortable that my partner and I had some of our best sleep in months. We were on the street side but noise wasn’t a problem. The hotel is beautiful and felt very clean, and I loved the mix of old and new. The bathroom was a bit too dark for makeup, but I made it work. We had a really lovely weekend away.

The central location is handy and most places are within walking distance, but the room was too cold and the heating wasn’t adequate. The water was either too hot or too cold, and there was lots of street noise even on weeknights. The hotel feels extremely dated. The carpet was filthy, and the furniture is so old it looks unclean even if it isn’t. I don’t see how Google lists this as four stars. It seems like two at best.

It could be a wonderful hotel because the location is awesome. But the old, dirty, long-pile carpet needs replacing, and the lighting needs an upgrade. Wood or LV flooring would be much better.

We only stayed one night, but there was nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly and professional, and our street-side room was cozy and clean, with a great bathroom and very good air conditioning. There was a very loud concert on the nearby market square, yet we could barely hear it.

A charming little boutique hotel tucked right in the city center. The room had great amenities, including a night light by the toilet, and the AC was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was generous, and the staff were top notch. This is definitely my go-to in Maastricht.
