It's easy to get away from the bustle here, in this quiet, beautiful spot away from the busy roads. The apartments have room for a family of four and all the appliances you need to cook. Each has its own terrace, and guests can use the big garden. Public transport is a five-minute walk away, with Maastricht about 15 minutes by bus and even closer by car.

Great location, and an excellent place to stay.

We had such a lovely time running around outside, and even met the neighboring cow 00776, who looked at us kindly with wide, surprised dark eyes and a wet nose. The hosts were a pleasure to meet too, first the host and then the hostess when we left. Picking delicious cherries, trying the homemade plum jam, and tasting a really wonderful kind of Limburg pie we'd never had before more than made up for the place feeling a bit bare. There was a candle and wine to enjoy outside, and the location was great, neat and well kept, with good-quality things. Zuid Limburg is always beautiful, and time feels slower here. The rooms have a contemporary feel rather than the atmosphere of times gone by.

The owners were incredibly kind. When I broke a spoke while cycling in Limburg, they even drove me to the bike repair shop on duty in Valkenburg. It was a small gesture, but it showed real hospitality. I hope everyone has a wonderful stay here!
