The bathroom noise was unbelievably loud, like being at a construction site. The exhaust fan roared constantly and made the room impossible to live in. I wanted to leave as soon as I walked in; even one minute there felt unbearable. The front desk was just as bad. One male receptionist was rude, impatient, aggressive, and unprofessional, and seemed untrained. He made up prices and charged more than the official website, which felt dishonest and unacceptable. Dealing with him alone was enough to ruin the stay. There was no respect for guests: awful noise, scam-like pricing, and no service quality. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel was really nice, and the staff were friendly. As far as I could tell, they all spoke English fluently. Everything was nice and clean.

Aden was a great help, a good guy. The staff are great, but the rooms are old, even though they're clean. For the price, the hotel feels overpriced, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was excellent, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. It's a lovely hotel near the centre and close to the train station.

For what I paid, I expected much better. The place felt neglected, and the room cleaning was poor: the dust was left there and the carpets hadn't been vacuumed. Service was frustrating too, with repeated misunderstandings and requests being forgotten. The food was tasteless and repetitive. I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this hotel.
