The food was very good, though the evening menu had limited options. That didn't cause us any trouble since we were out and about. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and kept tidy, if a little tired.

There was safe storage for our bikes, and the ride into Middelburg centre took about 15 minutes on a flat cycle path. The hotel was welcoming, our room spotless, and the breakfast buffet excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The evening food was simple, with a decent amount of choice, but the quality and taste were fantastic for a reasonable price. Breakfast was fine if you like continental options. Staff were friendly and spoke several languages really well, without exception. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the location was peaceful too. We had no trouble sleeping with the windows open all night. I'll come back next time I'm in the area.

We left early, before breakfast service, but they had packed us breakfast to go and left it outside our room. The lounge and dining area were a nice place to spend time, and our room was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a short but wonderful stay back in August. Leslie was especially great, welcoming us and being friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. Thanks, Leslie!

The owners are a lovely couple who make you feel comfortable and at home. The food was tasty, especially the well-cooked meat, and there was a good range of breakfast options. A cozy hotel I'd happily recommend.
