I found bedbugs in the hotel. After lying down for a while, I started feeling bites, and there were insects throughout the room along with an unusually high level of humidity. I had to leave in the middle of the night, which meant extra costs and a lot of hassle, including washing all my clothes and finding another hotel at the last minute. The owner's communication was terrible. They acted as if nothing had happened and showed no responsibility. I don't recommend this place. It was a truly awful experience. Photos documenting what happened are attached below.

The location is great, and the place was clean and nice. We had a small issue with the TV. We'd recommend it, sure.

The house has laminated instructions and lists of prohibited items posted in almost every spot, which felt unwelcoming. The host's messages were also unsympathetic, arrived very late, and were poorly worded. A 17:00 check-in is unusually late, though fortunately we were allowed to come a little earlier when we asked. The location is good, but the noise from young people out on Saturday night was unbearable. It went on loudly and continuously until 04:30, so getting a decent night's sleep was impossible.

We'd happily stay again. The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, and sits right in the city center. The only small snag was no toilet brush, so we used the dishwashing brush instead. Just kidding, of course.
