The spacious rooms, good-quality breakfast, convenient location, and positive, helpful staff were all highlights at Hotel Ameland. We enjoyed our stay, though the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room had poor sound insulation. Noise could be an issue on busy days.

We had a comfortable room in this quiet spot near both the beach and the center of Nes. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel on a beautiful island, with a good restaurant nearby. It’s not far from the ferry harbor.
