The beds were good, and breakfast was simple but tasty. The eggs and bacon, though, were more lukewarm than warm. We stayed four days, and there were a few things that didn't sit right with us. The room was far too hot, as was the hallway. Coming back from a walk felt like stepping into a sauna, so we often left the balcony door open to cool things down. Our room also wasn't cleaned on the second day, even though the cleaner was working on other rooms in the hall. After a long day, it was disappointing to return to a room that hadn't been tended to. We also had some trouble with the towels, and there was no Do Not Disturb or Please Clean sign. We'd booked a double room but were given a family room for four. That wasn't a big issue, but it would've been nice to know on arrival. There were suspicious-looking marks as soon as we entered, including blood spatters on the lampshade. The staff weren't very friendly when we arrived, more businesslike.

The service was great, with really friendly people, and breakfast was a strong point, especially with the local products. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a simple but complete design and a balcony that was nice to relax on. The beds were comfortable too. Definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was really good, but the service from the employee was only so-so. My pillow had stains, there was no coffee in the room, and the bathroom flooded in every direction. There weren't any amenities either.

We rented bikes for a day, and they were in good shape with fair prices. The rooms were large and clean, breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was really nice and clean. It's about 1 km from the center of Nes and 1 km from the beach, which made it a handy base for whatever we wanted to do on Ameland. The price wasn't too high either. We loved the place.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine, though the instant coffee was forgettable. The bathroom felt a bit dated, and the shower temperature control didn't work.
