At first I was thrown by the parking lot being away from the hotel. But the place turned out to be delightful: the rooms were beautiful, new, and clean, with a great view over a big stretch of horse pasture and meadow. I arrived late, and a nice young woman helped me and my grandson through the gate and into our room. It wasn’t cheap, though it was a busy holiday weekend, and the room and view made it worthwhile. It was also close to where we were fishing. Really cool place.

We only came for a meal, so I can speak just about the restaurant. There was plenty of seating, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was good. I was surprised to find a vegan lunch choice, and the jackfruit sandwich was tasty.

A modern, cosy lodge-style place with lovely views across the scenery. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was good. It’s a very nice spot for a night outside Utrecht, and I’d recommend staying here.

We booked a “double or twin” room because we wanted a double bed. When we arrived, I was told all the double beds were booked, and they couldn’t reimburse me. I’d be happy to remove this post if I get reimbursed.

A relaxed, really nice place with a lovely view. The food selection was solid, and it’s kid-friendly. Loved the seats by the fireplace.
