The owners made us feel welcome straight away, with a bottle of white wine waiting on the table. They're incredibly warm and helpful, and the house is spotless, modern, and comfortable. BeachHouse AAN ZEE was a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. The short walk to the beach, boulevard, and dunes was a highlight, as were the safe, excellent cycle paths. Riding around was stress-free and had that typically Dutch peaceful feel. The nearby ESA space center was fascinating and well worth visiting. Patisserie en Chocolaterie George Vis Carlo Midiri is only a few steps away. We loved the little fruit tarts and nut tart, which were as good as the best places we've tried in Switzerland or France. With its thoughtful details, great location, and welcoming atmosphere, this felt like a dream holiday home. Absolutely recommended!

We had such a great time! The big terrace was wonderfully quiet, since BeachHouse AAN ZEE sits back from the road. Inside, the spacious house has all the modern conveniences, is super clean, and is tastefully decorated. The Boulevard, beach, and Lighthouse are nearby. Dogs are welcome too, so book if you're after a fun holiday with your dog. Highly recommended!

The owner was extremely friendly and always available when we needed anything. We loved this holiday home: spotless, cozy, and in a perfect location, just about 300 meters from the beach. We'd love to come back!

A great spot for families with dogs, with a cozy, quiet apartment and a very friendly family. The location is excellent, and charging an electric car was easy. I'd gladly stay again 👍🏻

My 87-year-old mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Beach House. We came to Noordwijk, where she was born, and needed somewhere on the ground floor with two bedrooms and a good location. We were delighted as soon as we arrived. The house is brand new and beautifully furnished, and the welcome was so warm. Our hosts are both incredibly friendly and always reachable, even for the smallest questions. It's carbon neutral too, with solar panels on the main house and plenty of energy-saving features. The location was fantastic. My mother could get around independently on her mobility scooter. We could drive to the beach access points and sit on the lovely beach terraces. At De Koele Costa, they even lend out a beach wheelchair for free. We visited April 16th to 20th, 2026, right during the flower parade, and really enjoyed our time together. I'd book again anytime.
