EuroParcs Resort Veluwemeer 9078

We had a great time at Europarcs Veluwemeer. The park was very tidy, the beach was lovely, and the location worked brilliantly for cycling and paddleboarding. We felt fine letting the kids wander around. Check-in was easy to manage after hours, and the place was easy to find. Our cabin was right by the water and had a well-equipped kitchen. It was otherwise clean and ready for us, though it had been left open and some towels were still there. The oven took a few minutes to figure out without a manual. A couple of coffee filters for the machine would have been handy, and the pillows were pretty limp, so I’d bring extras next time. Still, we’d recommend it and come back.

So peaceful and quiet here. The setting is beautiful, and the place feels warm and cosy.

We loved the park and the Nunspeet area. It felt like pure luxury without costing a fortune, and the pool on site was just right on a hot summer day.

We stayed in a holiday home over Christmas as a family of four. It looks out onto a canal leading to a huge lake, and the surroundings are lovely. The living space worked well, though the bedrooms felt quite small. There weren’t any basics like salt, pepper, oil, or coffee, and four of us had just one toilet roll for five nights. The park was almost deserted while we were there, which suited us, but I imagine summer would feel completely different.
