Landgoed De Lindenbergh

The park itself is decent, but it’s a shame there’s no swimming pool. Our house was sparsely furnished, and the upstairs bedroom was filthy. The fitted sheets were far too big, leaving me sleeping on creases. You can only reach service by phone, which felt particularly impersonal.

The cottage needs proper maintenance and a thorough clean. When we arrived, it wasn't clean, and there was plenty of upkeep left undone. Even though it was meant for six people, there was hardly any glassware and some items were broken. Some lights no longer worked, and one lamp in the sunbed was broken too. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It was a real shame to end up with a bad dust allergy after a few days. When we arrived, the cottage was extremely dirty and looked as if it had been empty for a while. Everything was dusty, with cobwebs everywhere. The double beds were at different heights, and we found broken glass in one of the bedrooms.

Quiet and lovely. I booked through bookbookbungalow. There was no clothes drying rack, but one was brought the next morning. I did have to remove dead mosquitoes from the walls. Otherwise, lovely.
