Hotel Het Spui

The laundry room has just one washing machine that works, and the dryers are constantly full of dirt. There aren't even basic cleaning supplies like a broom, mop, or bucket, despite a cleaning checklist being posted. The owner is rude and unprofessional. Rooms show clear neglect, with broken shelves, dirty walls, dusty ventilation, and a bathroom that smells of cigarettes every morning. The sink was clogged too. The main entrance doesn't close properly, a serious security issue, and there's no outdoor lighting. At night, getting to the shared kitchen means walking in complete darkness. The kitchen is regularly left messy, and food and kitchen items frequently go missing. There are cameras throughout the property, but basic cleanliness and maintenance are ignored. Each room also has a sensor, and guests aren't told what it's for, which raises privacy concerns. Photos aren't necessary to see how neglected this place is. Don't waste your time coming here. It should no longer be considered a hotel.
