The breakfast and excellent service really stood out. We stayed in a converted stable, with a very comfortable bed and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more. Such a lovely place for a holiday in The Netherlands, and a great find if you need somewhere in the area.

Breakfast was ready right on time, with freshly laid boiled eggs, assorted rolls, fresh orange juice, and cut fruit. There was plenty, enough to save some for lunch. Our room was cozy, fully equipped, and spotless, and the beds made for a great night's sleep. We felt at home straight away. Patrick welcomed us warmly at B&B de Paardenstal and showed us around the grounds, including the chickens. It's a lovely quiet escape from the city, with beautiful nature nearby and the Tiengemeten peninsula close enough for a nice walk. We had a wonderful overnight stay and highly recommend it.

The setting is peaceful and beautiful, with good options for walking and cycling, and Rotterdam is only a short distance away. We left relaxed and satisfied, and plan to come back. We felt at home as soon as Patrick gave us such a warm welcome. The room had a cozy feel and lovely details, was brand new and spotless, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and we slept really well in the quiet surroundings. Breakfast was generous, with fresh rolls, croissants, and other treats, plus personal attention that made it even better. De Paardenstal is a great choice for a peaceful, comfortable stay with top-quality hospitality.
