The main issue for me was that the air-conditioning wouldn’t actually warm the room. I tried the recommended settings and waited 30 min, then had to use the electric heater provided. The room was very small and felt impractical, and not especially clean, though that’s as described. The location is very good. Also, this is just my subjective take, but all the cameras and the push to avoid human contact feel dystopian. Not judging, just mentioning it for others to know.

I found several pubic hairs near the bed and emailed them about it. I’m a host myself, so I know how hard it is to organize and guarantee 100% cleaning. They only offered a breakfast voucher, and never sent it...

We arrived early on our bikes to get out of the impending rain, and the staff kindly let us check in and get out of the weather. I really appreciated that, they were very accommodating. The room was good and clean, and it’s an easy walk to things. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Check-in was confusing, and they don’t even speak English. I had a problem checking in, and the staff insulted and mocked me. I spoke to them respectfully, but they still refused a refund and kept insulting and mocking me. I lost €100 because of them. The staff were awful and foul-smelling. The area is bad and far from the city center. TERRIBLE. Do not go, and NEVER STAY HERE.

Booking.com didn’t mention the 100 Euro deposit when I reserved, and I didn’t feel the deposit was justified. The room wasn’t clean enough, and we were put on level -1, where the passage was cramped with laundry. I think the whole process needs to be revisited. The location is close to the city center and easy to reach by public transport. The area seemed peaceful, with nice cafés and restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out were easy.
