There were mice in the apartment, and even though I called every day while pregnant, I got no real help or refund. They still haven’t returned my deposit either. For three weeks we lived with mice while paying excessive rates. When someone answered the phone, they’d say, “Let me check” or “Let me get back to you,” but never followed up. Even getting the only lightbulb in a room changed took repeated requests. They manage every apartment in the building, and other neighbors complained about the lack of service too. There were mosquitoes in October despite the cold, which we later realized was due to unsanitary conditions in the building. We raised that issue and never heard back. The location is the one good thing, if you can put up with noise from a school playground. Also, there’s no elevator, and the stairs are steep. Serviced apartments with no service at all.
