The hosts were excellent to communicate with, quick, clear, and helpful with whatever we needed. The apartment was spotless and well maintained, in a very nice area. We had a great experience and I’d highly recommend it.

There are surveillance cameras in the common areas, but also pointed at apartment doors, which can feel very intrusive. Check-in was a problem too. On the day we arrived, Alphabet Apartments asked for highly sensitive personal documents and made receiving the access code conditional on sending them. In the Netherlands, companies aren’t allowed to require guests to provide sensitive personal information as a condition of staying.

The beds were fantastic, and the apartment was cozy, clean, and spacious. They sent plenty of useful information before check-in and were still available for questions afterwards.

The apartment was very clean and in a fantastic location, with everything close by and the city center not far away. I highly recommend it! 🤌🏾
