I’m often in Rotterdam because I live in Germany and our head office is there. The team is great, always friendly and helpful, and ready to go the extra mile. Whenever something’s gone wrong, they’ve sorted it straight away.

For the price, you get a really good room. It’s cleaned every day and the sheets are changed, and the place is well organized. Joost, the young man at the entrance, deserves special mention. Whenever I had a problem or misunderstanding, he sorted it out quickly. The company was lucky to find such a kind soul to work there. Nothing but good things to say about him 😊

I enjoyed my stay, and breakfast was good. The toilet seats need fixing, though. Both in the lobby are loose, and so is the one in my room.

A nice hotel, and Marisa gave me such a warm welcome when I checked in. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff were kind, the gym was good, parking was free, and it never felt too crowded. Still, the mattress was uncomfortable and I wasn’t keen on the small bathroom. They also gave us too little shampoo. I wouldn’t personally choose to stay here again, though I’ve been to worse hotels.
