Erwin was a really nice host, and we loved the breakfasts. They were incredibly generous and tasty. The one drawback was having our private toilet outside the room, which we found really inconvenient. That’s why we gave it four stars instead of five.

We had a superb Easter breakfast served in our room. Simone was such a welcoming host, and the spotless room was even better than we expected. Definitely recommend it.

We felt at home straight away in Simone's and Erwin's cozy, nicely decorated apartment. It’s set across two floors, and we were pleasantly surprised by the extras in the fridge and the coffee pads. They prepared a great breakfast, and both hosts are lovely people. We’d stay again if we return to Rotterdam. Highly recommendable!

The breakfast cart was amazing, and the washroom was huge. We had a wonderful host and a wonderful Airbnb, with a fantastic location about a 10 minute walk from Centraal station. The thoughtful decor and details make it clear the hosts really care about welcoming guests.

We could walk to the center, and the room had everything we needed. The hosts were very, very friendly, and breakfast was great.
