The restaurant was a highlight for me, with fresh, delicious food that was beautifully presented, quick service, and a warm atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the location was good, close to the city center. A wonderful experience at this very nice floats Hotel.

The room had plenty of space, and the price matched what was described. The staff, rooms, and service were all really good. Whenever I had a concern, the receptionists were there to help. I stayed from the 29th May to the 2nd June, and I’d absolutely come back here if I visit Rotterdam again. Thank you.

The bar team was amazing, big thanks to Mila and Lauren, and the Chef made some great meals. The buratta starter was my favourite. I spent five days at FLOATS and had a great time. The reception ladies were all helpful, and the team overall was great. The location is great too. Different levels of the River, but the service and good atmosphere stayed at the same high level every day!

Really cool staff, and it’s just a short walk to some great bars and restaurants. Get a terrace room at the right time of year and you can enjoy cosmopolitan Rotterdam all lit up at night. A great place to stay.

8/10
The location was perfect, and the staff were 10/10, super friendly and helpful. They let us leave our bags on both arrival and departure days without any problem. Our room was pretty good, with great beds and a perfect, very clean bathroom. The canal view was okay, with the Jumbo across the way 😂. It didn’t really feel like being at sea.
