Breakfast stood out, with plenty of fresh, tasty choices, and Raquel made the mornings even better. She was warm and professional, attentive to all the little details, and had us starting the day with a smile. The shared areas were spotless and looked great in photos, too. The nhow Rotterdam is also ideally placed for getting around, and its modern style still feels comfortable. It exceeded my expectations.

They even helped after I left my Apple watch behind. I called, they quickly sorted out the details and sent it back to the UK, which impressed me. The tram stop is close, and there are lots of nearby food options. I also loved the views and the food at the hotel. The room felt beautiful and cozy, the artwork was adorable 😍, and the sauna made me so happy. Service was great from the minute I arrived at reception. I'd definitely recommend it 💯
