The staff were warm and easy to talk to, with no language barriers, and breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are spacious by European standards, with modern decor, comfortable beds, a choice of pillows, and large Smart TVs. It’s a clean, quiet, reasonably priced four-star option in Schiphol-Rijk, often cheaper than chains like Hilton or Sheraton. There’s free parking, which could suit travelers with a rental car, and it may work well for an early flight. Just keep in mind there’s no gym or pool, no free 24-hour airport shuttle, and it’s not within walking distance of Amsterdam’s city life.

The staff were attentive and great, and the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was free. Going back to the airport costs €5 per person, but we were happy to pay since it was still cheaper than a cab. We were visiting a local business, so the business park setting suited us, even though it’s away from Amsterdam centre and its activities. The room was nice, but felt a bit chilly during our December Christmas break. The extra duvets were welcome.

I only booked here because my flight was cancelled and moved two days later. I requested a one-bed room but was given a room with two beds and charged more. Maybe no single-bed rooms were available, but they should have told me first. I later got a flight for the next day and asked the front desk about a refund for the second night. They said the manager would handle it when they arrived. I checked more than once, and when I returned the keys after one night, I asked again. They said yes and told me to email. After I emailed, they only asked for my name and never gave me an answer or a refund. On the phone, I was told the refund would process Monday, though it was already Friday. Monday came and nothing arrived. When I emailed again, they said it had never been approved or scheduled. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. A €19 microwave pizza that was undercooked was ridiculous, too. Don’t stay here. It’s a complete rip-off.

We came from Berlin, about 681 km, for a two-night stay from 18.12.25 to 20.12.25. At check-in, the night-shift employee charged me €30 for parking, even though it was free. I paid by card, and they later returned the €30 to my card after I complained. The room was a shock. It was entirely red, wardrobes included, and felt suffocating. The toilet towels were dirty and dusty, water dripped from beneath the faucet, and the laminate floor was covered in dust. The sheet and duvet were very dirty and had hair on them. We were tired from travelling, so we got through the first night, but only slept four hours. In the morning, I left all the towels on the floor to be changed and put the “Please clean” card on the door. About seven hours later, the card was gone, so we assumed housekeeping had cleaned. My key card didn’t work, and reception had to reactivate it. Inside, the bed and towels had been changed, but the floors were still dusty and hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned. One towel had mucus and hairs on it. There was hair on the sheet and duvet cover, and marks on the sheet that I couldn’t identify. I have photos. There was a coffee machine but no coffee for it. I went downstairs to explain the problems. They said there were no rooms and wouldn’t move us. I checked the website right away and saw rooms available. The afternoon-shift woman lied to me. I asked again for another room; they refused and said they’d clean ours. I pointed out I’d already put the cleaning sign up, threw the card down in front of them, and said I was checking out. That was when I raised the parking charge and got the money back. Please don’t book a double room. It felt like they had no intention of cleaning, and there was no hygiene. If you care about your health, sleep in your car, even for one night. I was very surprised, especially as this was my first time in Amsterdam. Please don’t stay silent in situations like this.
